About The Position
The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for maintaining general accounting processes and systems, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of journal entries for month-end close and accounting transactions. This role involves reconciling and resolving P&L and balance sheet ledger accounts, preparing analyses and schedules for management and auditors, and identifying and resolving issues related to COGS, Inventory, and Manufacturing. The position requires experience with Oracle R12 and SAP S/4HANA, and may involve assisting in data extraction and analysis for ongoing SAP implementation projects.
