The company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Laborer to join its team. In this role, the General Laborer will operate machines, perform quality checks on parts, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to achieving daily production goals. No prior manufacturing experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery as instructed by Team Leaders and/or supervisors.
Monitor quality through the shift by inspecting each part before and after it is produced for dirt, debris, and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Accurately count, sort, and stack finished work pieces and dispose of waste material as directed by team leader or supervisor.
Comply with all safety requirements.
Consistently adhere to and support company policies, work instructions, ISO requirements, and other procedures.
Ability to read a ruler and understand measurement systems.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of measure including weight and length.
Ability to distinguish colors.
Follow work procedures to meet production schedules.
