About The Position

As part of our Summer Scholarship Program, you’ll work on the production floor as a general laborer. Your day may include:

Loading parts onto the production line
Inspecting playground components for quality
Packaging finished parts
Prepping products for shipping

No experience? No problem. We’ll train you! Just bring a positive attitude and be ready to jump in where help is needed.

You can earn up to a $3,000.00 scholarship bonus and your hourly wage ($18.50 per hour)!

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing for 8+ hours a day
• Willing to work up to a 10-hour day
• Students enrolled in a two- or four-year college/university or vocational/technical program for the upcoming or previous semester
• Be enrolled for the upcoming semester or have been enrolled in Spring 2026
• Commit to working through the entire program timeframe
• Be available during the time-off blackout periods
• Provide proof of tuition expenses by the end of the program
• Start work no later than May 18, 2026 (or the Monday after high school graduation)
