Description JBS wants YOU to join our hourly Maintenance Team this SUMMER! At JBS, Safety Is a Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. Essential Functions and Duties Assists with seasonal maintenance functions, including mowing, watering, trimming, pruning, and weeding Trash pick-up Drives or rides in trucks to haul project materials to and from job sites; loading and unloading materials and equipment Performs minor equipment maintenance and repairs. General painting as assigned Operates in a safe manner while performing labor on construction and maintenance projects Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Immediately report all unsafe conditions to direct supervisor. Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must posses a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be physically capable of working outside in all weather conditions in a physically active manner
A bility to effectively communicate verbally and to follow oral and /or written instruction
Ability to work without the need for close supervision
Working knowledge of various powered equipment
Ability to perform heavy, manual tasks for extended periods of time
Ability to stand and walk on concrete and/or uneven surfaces for extended periods of time
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
Bending, lifting, and standing
Willing and capable of working Saturdays

Responsibilities
