Responsibilities

• Operate Balers and forklift
• Operate Paper Shredder and Baler
• Assist as necessary with other Recycling Center duties
• Routine maintenance/clean-up work
• Document necessary information
• Keep work place and equipment clean and well organized
• Identify and measure local performance measurements in support of our Business Plan
• Follow and understand all safety procedures guidelines and uses required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Perform routine clean-up and preventative maintenance on equipment and support systems as required
• Support the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball International
