About The Position

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a General Laborer/ Tarper for our location in Fort Dodge, IA 50501. This role begins on a temporary basis with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to lawfully work in the US.
• Two updated valid forms of IDs.
• Steel toe boots at work.
• Must have own transportation to get to and from work (No public transportation).
• Must be comfortable working in all types of weather (Outdoor Job).
• Must be able to start working as soon as possible.
• Depending on the volume of interests and submissions, we will only be contacting applicants who meet all of the minimum requirements listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Help the facility drivers unroll tarps on top of their trucks and/or loads until everything is cover.
• Secure the tarps with straps and/or bungee cords that way they don't fly away with the wind while on the road, and make sure our work area is clean of debris or any other materials.
