GENERAL LABORER/EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid NY State driver’s license required.
- Able to lift 85 lbs. repeatedly.
- Able to stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of time.
- Able to work in extremes of weather.
- Able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to safely and efficiently operate equipment such as but not limited to tractors, loaders, forklifts, trucks and lift equipment.
- Responsible for Harness Racing track preparations and racing requirements.
- Ensures proper operation for harness racing events to include but not limited to live racing, qualifying, practice track and jog track.
- Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
- Assist with all projects of varying disciplines under direction of qualified tradesmen.
- Assist with set up of events and seasonal decorations of all facilities.
- Assist with snow removal and ice control of parking lots and pedestrian walkways.
- Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and OSHA regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
