About The Position

The General Labor position supports a wide range of production and manufacturing activities, including fabrication, printing, sewing, assembly, and general shop support. This role requires flexibility to perform cross-functional duties, ensuring that products and projects are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or shop environment preferred.
Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math related to materials and dimensions.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new skills.
Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or shop environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Read and follow work orders, drawings, specifications, and patterns.
Operate and maintain production equipment and tools such as sewing machines, printers, power tools, and material-handling equipment.
Assist with fabrication, sewing, assembly, and finishing of products using a variety of materials including metal, wood, vinyl, and fabric.
Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Safely load, move, and position materials using forklifts, hand trucks, or hoists.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines and report needed repairs.
Accurately track work and maintain documentation in company systems.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
Support team members in multiple departments and assist with other tasks as assigned.
