About The Position

As you progress from Tech Level 1 to Tech Level 3, you’ll demonstrate your knowledge through hands-on training, assessments, and quality assurance checks. Checking off these milestones is your path to a promotion and a pay increase of up to $17.00 per hour . We’re committed to your success with comprehensive on-the-job training to get you up to speed. You are interested in beginning or growing your knowledge within a construction trade, with a willingness to develop hands-on skills and build a strong foundation for your career. Requirements

Proficiency in using mobile apps
Valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience
Team player, adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
Willingness to work until the job is completed

Responsibilities

Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards
Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices
Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies
Maintain and use work trucks according to the company standards
