About The Position

We focus on making every site safer and more efficient, ensuring our high standards are met every step of the way. Ready to grow with a team that puts people first? As you progress from Tech Level 1 to Tech Level 3, you’ll demonstrate your knowledge through hands-on training, assessments, and quality assurance checks. Checking off these milestones is your path to a promotion and a pay increase of up to $17.00 per hour. We’re committed to your success with comprehensive on-the-job training to get you up to speed. Requirements

You are interested in beginning or growing your knowledge within a construction trade, with a willingness to develop hands-on skills and build a strong foundation for your career. You bring an ownership mindset, taking pride in your work and looking for ways to improve processes while remaining humble, coachable, and eager to learn. You are comfortable working independently when given clear direction and can take initiative to complete tasks effectively.
You value professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to develop your administrative skills. You are also flexible and approachable, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with different team members across the organization.
Proficiency in using mobile apps
Valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience
Team player, adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
Willingness to work until the job is completed

Responsibilities

Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards
Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices
Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies
Maintain and use work trucks according to the company standards
