Barupon is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support the assembly and installation of steel tanks. This role involves following instructions from a specialist to assist in the construction process. No advanced technical experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Previous general labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and installation of steel tanks on-site
- Follow directions and guidance from the project specialist or supervisor
- Handle and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform basic manual labor tasks such as lifting, positioning, and securing components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines
