About The Position

Now Hiring General Labor personnel – Irwindale, CA We’re looking for hardworking and dependable General Laborers to join our food manufacturing team in Irwindale, CA! This position supports various production areas involved in mayonnaise manufacturing, helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. Schedule and Pay Rate: 1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM | $16.50/hr 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM | $17.00/hr Type: Temp-to-Hire Industry: Food Manufacturing (Mayonnaise Production)

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities including packaging, labeling, and line support.
• Load and unload materials or products from production areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures.
• Assist operators and other team members as needed.
• Perform other general labor duties assigned by supervisors.
