The General Labor role involves assisting welders and fabricators, operating equipment, handling deliveries, and maintaining a safe and organized shop environment. Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial, construction, or general labor work
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and job standards
- Comfortable performing manual labor in varying temperatures
- Ability to lift light to heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
- Clear communication skills (oral and written)
- Willingness to learn operation of grinders, cranes, forklifts, plasma cutters, and other shop tools
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing education or certifications preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist fabrication and welding teams as needed
- Clean and maintain a safe work environment
- Operate machinery and support production processes
- Help with deliveries, shop maintenance, and general shop chores
- Meet quality expectations for all work performed
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Complete additional assigned duties as needed
