About The Position
Primary responsibility of this position is to operate production equipment to cut, shape, and assemble foam packing materials.
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- A positive and willing to learn attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours throughout a shift
- All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.

Responsibilities
- Inspect foam products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies to ensure they meet strength and temperature-sensitive standards.
- Assist with measuring, trimming, and packaging foam components.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, palletizing, and wrapping.
- Load and unload materials manually or with appropriate equipment.
