Position Title: General Labor Pay Rate: $24.00/hr. up to $29.33/hr. Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time 3rd shift (11pm-7am) Physical Location: White Bear Lake Box Facility 1699 9th St White Bear Lake, MN 55110 The Job You Will Perform: Follow all safety rules and practices Safely operate machinery Read factory orders Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment Consistent quality and count inspection of finished product Housekeeping to include blowing down of machinery, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap Complete quality and administrative document checks with accuracy to ensure specific directions are followed Ability to work overtime as needed Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor The Skills You Will Bring: Ability to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in our safety culture Must be 18 years or older Must have a stable work history Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be able to perform basic math Must be able to work overtime as needed Ability to work well with others The Benefits You Will Enjoy: International Paper offers a benefits package that includes health, welfare and retirement plans including Medical, Dental, Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-term Disability, 401(k) and/or Pension (where applicable), Paid Time Off, Education & Development (including Tuition Reimbursement), and Voluntary Benefits including insurance for home, auto, vision and pets. Requirements
