General Labor - Junk Removal Crew Member
About The Position
This is NOT a sit-down job. We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who aren’t afraid of physical work and long days. We are hiring a General Labor / Junk Removal Crew Member. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team handling full-service junk removal, loading trucks, and interacting with customers on job sites. If you like staying active, working with a team, and want consistent hours with overtime opportunities, this is the job for you. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a driver or team lead role for the right person. Compensation- $13 - $15 hourly based on experience and performance - 49 hours per week with overtime opportunities. Opportunities for advancement into driver and leadership roles
Requirements
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability (must show up on time)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to and from our location
- Ability to work long, physical days in varying conditions
- Good attitude and ability to work well with a team
Nice To Haves
- Clean driving record preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform full-service junk removal for residential and commercial customers
- Lift, load, and haul items such as furniture, debris, and household materials
- Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites (if qualified)
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs quickly
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
