Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or 1 year or less of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

Ensures the continuous movement of product through hand-Stacking, discharging, and packaging of finished parts.
Works in co-operation with the Operator and Shift Supervisor and references set-up procedures to ensure material is safely loaded onto production equipment.
Operates bundle turner / pac-man when parts require to be flipped.
Prepares packaging in advance.
Performs set-up duties as instructed by Operator
Performs all other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Complies with the designated IATF16949 responsibilities, environmental management system, health & safety and company rules and guidelines.
Ensures company safety policies are adhered to and safe work habits are utilized by all department personnel and visitors. Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as always required
Maintains a high standard of general housekeeping consistent with 5S standards
Strives for continuous improvement
