This position is responsible for the daily management of all activities of the FSQA department to include implementation and execution of food safety programs, specification adherence, and product quality for products within their assigned facility. This includes monitoring, verification, and record keeping associated with adherence to government regulations and internal food safety systems. In addition, the FSQA Manager will oversee departmental budgets, turnover, safety, and all special projects as assigned. This position is responsible for food safety, food quality and legality.
