As a non-working supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Civil Construction elements of Aldridge projects including, but not limited to, craft planning, scheduling, quality assurance and safety. The role is primarily a California position, however traveling and interacting with multiple project teams across various locations throughout the U.S. should be expected.
