General Engineer (Grave) - Sunset
About The Position
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" culture. Works under the supervision of the Supervisor and Director of Facilities. Becomes thoroughly familiar with all phases of operation and maintenance necessary to operate the fire alarm system and repair all kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, boilers, water heaters, pumps and plumbing. Performs all repairs, maintenance, and replacement of parts for preventative maintenance schedule and accurately records all pertinent data. Install new equipment and systems as directed. Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Refrigeration required
- Must be EPA certified
- Basic knowledge of Health Department, ADA, and OSHA codes and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management
- Must have a valid Nevada driver's license
