What You Will Do: Assist with various landscape construction projects, including hardscaping, plant installation, and site preparation. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting to ensure the beauty and health of client landscapes. Utilize and maintain landscaping equipment and tools responsibly and safely. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients when on-site. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in landscaping best practices. Why Join Us? Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic labor tasks.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
