Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic labor tasks.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various landscape construction projects, including hardscaping, plant installation, and site preparation.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting to ensure the beauty and health of client landscapes.
• Utilize and maintain landscaping equipment and tools responsibly and safely.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients when on-site.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in landscaping best practices.
