About The Position

Dr. Louis Napolitano, DMD is seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice part-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience. About Our Practice In business since 1995 1 FT and 1 PT Dr. 1 FT and 2 PT Hygienists 50% PPO and 50% FFS Digital x-rays, iTero, Cone Beam Active patients: 2,300 Schedule: Tuesday & Friday https://www.louisnapolitanodmd.com/ Compensation Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections Generous CE allowance Malpractice insurance

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in New Jersey, in good standing
At least 3-5 years of clinical experience
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
Highly proficient in all aspects of general & cosmetic dentistry including, but not limited to, fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care

Nice To Haves

GPR or AEGD preferred
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

Responsibilities
