Requirements

  • DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
  • Active Louisiana dental license
  • Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
  • 5 or more years professional clinical experience required

Responsibilities

  • Core Responsibilities and clinical autonomy to provide Advanced Services
  • Perform routine dental check-ups and cleanings
  • Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections
  • Provide cosmetic dentistry services, such as Invisalign and teeth whitening
  • Administer nitrous oxide, Botox, and Juvederm treatments
  • Treat headaches, TMJ disorders, and sleep apnea
  • Restore and place dental implants and dentures
  • Conduct oral surgery procedures, including extractions, bone grafting, laser dentistry, dental implant placement, and frenectomy
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes
