Life Long Dental Care is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our well-established, single‑doctor practice. Practice Details Schedule: 4–5 days/week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Team: 2 Hygienists 1 Dental Assistant Operatories: 7 Technology: Primescan, intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, CBCT Payer Mix: PPO / Fee-for-Service Average New Patients: 20–35 per month Doctor Production: $3,000–$4,000 per day Collections Rate: 98% Compensation & Benefits 30–35% Collections Daily Guarantee: $850–$1,000 (Introductory period up to 18 months) Sign-On or Relocation Bonus: $15,000 100% practice-paid lab fees Malpractice insurance provided 401(k) with match through Fidelity Medical, Dental, Vision (VSP) Multiple healthcare plans: HDHP and PPO HSA and FSA options, including Dependent Care FSA Voluntary benefits: Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, AD&D Professional Growth Practice-paid, 18‑month comprehensive training program, Over 100 CE credits included Mastery classes including Implant Mastery and Advanced Endodontics Our Mission We provide outstanding oral health experiences that transform the lives of our patients and team members. Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
- Active Connecticut dental license (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Comfortable with endodontics and surgical extractions
