Requirements

DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
Active Louisiana dental license
Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
5 or more years professional clinical experience required

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities and clinical autonomy to provide Advanced Services
Perform routine dental check-ups and cleanings
Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections
Provide cosmetic dentistry services, such as Invisalign and teeth whitening
Administer nitrous oxide, Botox, and Juvederm treatments
Treat headaches, TMJ disorders, and sleep apnea
Restore and place dental implants and dentures
Conduct oral surgery procedures, including extractions, bone grafting, laser dentistry, dental implant placement, and frenectomy
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes
