Requirements

Work safely in a drug-free environment and submit to post offer & random drug/alcohol screening.
Work an irregular schedule, including early mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
Timely & regular attendance is essential.
Willingness to cross-train.
Must be willing to travel to different work sites.
Experience operating a CAT 226 skid steer.
Assist crusher operator with pre/post inspections.
Must be willing to do manual labor, including but not limited to shoveling, changing screen, belts, and assisting with crusher maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service.
Self-motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must maintain positive attitude and act courteous and respectful toward others.
Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions and in a noisy, dusty environment.
Must be able to work safely in a busy environment with moving machinery.
Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good reading and writing skills.
Current driver's license & clean driving record.
