We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The General Construction Technician is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Plant Renovation Department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • One (1) year experience working in construction

Responsibilities

  • Remodel / Unit Turnover
  • Assists with apartment turnover.
  • Supports unit renovations through demo, framing, minor repairs, trim work, hauling/cleanup, and general jobsite assistance.
  • May operate company truck for the purpose of transporting workers, construction materials, and light equipment.
  • Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.
  • Completes assigned work orders daily according to work order system policy.
