Requirements

  • Is known for strong attention to detail
  • Stands out for excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong research and problem‑solving abilities
  • Is recognized for their ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively
  • Has at least one year of experience in an administrative support role
  • Shows proficiency with computers and MS Office, and can learn new systems quickly
  • Adapts well to change and works effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Understands company products or can learn them quickly
  • Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level of English proficiency may be required, as the role involves communicating with internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Open and scan all incoming mail into the e‑file system for all companies, using appropriate categories
  • Receive and distribute incoming faxes for the Policy Services (POS) team
  • Route mail to the appropriate individuals or departments
  • Mail POS system‑generated checks and letters
  • Determine which requests should be forwarded for review by other departments or management
  • Maintain the file room and assist with filing when the primary staff member is out of the office
  • Conduct company business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior, integrity, and adherence to the Compliance Program—compliance is a condition of employment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
