The General Clerk provides front-line support to the YouthWorks program by delivering excellent customer service, answering a multi-line phone system, and ensuring accurate information is shared with youth, worksites, and the public regarding YouthWorks and MOED programs. The position assists staff by documenting inquiries in the YouthWorks system, researching and resolving issues, managing equipment and supply logs, and supporting data collection processes.
