General Clerks needed to provide comprehensive clerical support to Office of Pay and Retirement Services to digitize hard copy records and files that will enhance organizational efficiency and productivity. Scope of Work: · Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. · Assist in organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files. · Destruction of files once converted to electronic format. · Ensure confidentiality and security of all information. · Always adhere to District policies and procedures. Considerations: All Contractors will be working in the office Monday – Friday during normal business hours using District equipment. This is not a remote assignment. Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated periodically based on adherence to deadlines, quality of work, and overall professionalism.
