Summary: The General Worker takes direction from the Cook Manager to assist with all aspects of food preparation, service and kitchen sanitation. Minimum Qualifications: Able to complete all paperwork required of the position including but not limited to cash reports, production records and temperature records. This qualification must be met within the thirty-day probationary period. Must possess a positive attitude and good customer relation skills. No previous experience required. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Work Hazards: Many hazards result from working in a kitchen. We have a strong physical awareness program that must be understood and incorporated into your daily routine. Accidents can be avoided; you are responsible for your own safe work habits as well as recognizing hazards that may cause harm to others.
