About The Position

Job Summary: Building Maintenance will perform general maintenance within our facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with team to identify equipment or facility items that need attention; Work with our maintenance team members and vendors to determine necessary repairs/maintenance on facility or equipment; Perform general repairs that do not require specialized training. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures; Seasonal tasks such as plowing and working with vendors for irrigation and landscaping; Perform routine maintenance on building systems; Clean and assist with appearance of the facilities; Procure needed supplies for repairs and maintenance; Perform other related duties consistent with the role; Tulley Automotive Group, Inc. is committed to attracting and retaining a talented and diverse workforce that supports our culture of customer service and automotive excellence. Requirements

General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical
Solution seeking mindset with the ability to adapt to change
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Having organizational and time management skills within a fast pace multi-tasking environment
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
