The General Assembly role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products
• Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment
• Follow theoretical and practical instructions
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve a high efficiency and high-quality air filtration product
• Inspect work of the previous operators and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable
• Complete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required
