Job DetailsJob Location: Register, GA 30452Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategic Oversight · Serve as Head of Department (HOD) for General Affairs, providing strategic leadership and operational direction. · Partner with the CFO to align general affairs strategies with financial plans, budgets, and corporate objectives. · Establish, monitor, and report departmental KPIs, performance metrics, and cost-efficiency targets. · Promote and uphold Ecoplastic America’s Core Values across all administrative and support functions. General Affairs & Administrative Operations · Plan, coordinate, and oversee administrative procedures, office systems, and general affairs operations across multiple sites. · Establish and maintain an efficient, well-organized office environment, including procurement of office furniture, supplies, and services. · Manage all office-related procurement; negotiate vendor agreements, oversee contract management, and ensure cost efficiency. · Review and interpret contract terms, assessing operational and financial impacts in coordination with Finance and Legal. · Ensure regular vendor performance reviews, competitive bidding processes, and invoice accuracy. · Identify operational risks and inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions. · Oversee office services, facility-related support functions, mail distribution, and logistics operations. · Coordinate company events and internal activities as needed. Expatriate & Employee Support Services · Manage temporary housing and apartment lease contracts for expatriate employees. · Support expatriates and their families with local settlement services, including school admissions and community coordination. · Oversee administrative procedures related to Social Security Number (SSN) and driver’s license applications. · Manage mobile phone plans, service contracts, and related payments. · Provide interpretation and translation support for written materials as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with Finance, Legal, Production, Safety, and other departments to ensure alignment of general affairs operations with business needs. · Support compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations affecting administrative and facility operations. · Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and site-level operations for general affairs matters. Additional Responsibilities · Lead or support special projects assigned by executive leadership. · Support leadership in setting and tracking operational goals related to general affairs and administrative efficiency. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives within general affairs functions. QualificationsQualifications & Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in any field (or foreign equivalent) required. · Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in General Affairs, administrative leadership, or operational management roles. · Demonstrated ability to lead complex general affairs and administrative operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment. · Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and operational KPIs. · Strong understanding of administrative processes, procedures, and operational standards. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. · Valid Driver’s License required. · Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
