About The Position

WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will perform Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial operations. This role involves executing and validating SAP data entry for payments, invoices, reconciliations, and journal entries. The candidate will also be responsible for reconciling bank accounts and maintaining the integrity of financial data throughout the project duration. Collaboration with the client’s finance, treasury, and project teams is essential to ensure operational stability. Additionally, the candidate will assist in identifying, escalating, and resolving discrepancies or transactional issues while maintaining proper documentation and audit trails in compliance with accounting policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in General Accounting with focus on AR & AP.
• Strong proficiency in SAP (FI/CO or equivalent modules) preferred but any ERP solution experience, especially in FI/CO a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Knowledge of corporate treasury processes.

Responsibilities
