Hybrid - MUST be able to sit 1-2 days in our Wayne, PA headquarters. We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Automation Program team. This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of AI, automation, and business operations rather than technical model development. The intern will play a key role in supporting operational processes that drive AI adoption and governance across the organization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: No prior work-related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Personal experience in AI technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for automation initiatives.
  • Maintain and prioritize the intake backlog for automation requests; including completion of ROI (Return on Investment) and CBA (Cost-Benefit Analysis) for incoming automation requests.
  • Track and maintain key metrics related to AI adoption, bias monitoring, uptime, and overall program performance.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and decks for executive stakeholders to communicate program progress and strategic updates.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining governance frameworks for AI, including risk management and ethical guidelines.
  • Support initiatives to streamline and enhance operational processes within the GenAI program.
  • Conduct training and focus on user enablement across automation tools
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
