Overview of the Organization: The COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability is responsible for the development of best-in-class technology platforms for Operations, including development of an integrated portfolio of Operations tools, end-to-end solution design for large scale transformation initiatives, design governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies. Overview of the Role: This role is for an innovative Generative AI Engineer to drive the adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic flows, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the technical direction of products and services, instil engineering best practices, and promote cultural change within the organization. This position involves close collaboration with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows across enterprise-wide applications and processes, and to develop partnerships with third-party providers for validating and adopting best-of-breed solutions.
