Engineering interns in Grid Solutions experience technically challenging assignments in the power generation. Join us in these exciting roles of managing processes and procedures that drive customer satisfaction. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of electrical engineering, where you will assess, pinpoint and actively implement improvements. Additional projects may involve working with cross-functional teams that focus on improving the quality of production areas. You may utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies in driving improvement through the production area.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline as listed below.
• Following majors accepted: Engineering, and other Energy related majors will be considered
• Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)
• Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

• The pay for this position ranges from $25.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.
• Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
• Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
