Then this job may be for you! Then come join the Aero Product Champion team where we provide technical and project development to the Global New Unit sales organization on a daily basis. We position and develop a pipeline of projects/opportunities incorporating Aeroderivative gas turbines from the beginning of the project up to bid date. This is a fast paced, customer focused internship working with cross-functional teams such as product management, product champions, engineering, and marketing. We are using Lean methodology to streamline our commercial bidding processes for world leading Aeroderivative gas turbine packages. This effort will support our global commercial team.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)
Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Work with business product champions and sales teams to understand what collateral the commercial team needs in order to better position our Aeroderivative gas turbines products in early customer engagements
Work with technical and marketing content contributors across the business to collect all applicable content and convert it into sales friendly format
Learn the sales content management systems and knowledge repository to help commercial team more effectively access the content
Learn the full slate of Aeroderivative gas turbine offerings and ensure the content is available for all product lines.
Learn and participate in business commercial processes in solution selling Aeroderivative technology to its customer

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed
Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
