About The Position

The Revenue Growth Team within the GDP Division is responsible for DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) operations, including management of the company’s own online store, product management across eCommerce platforms (including Amazon), and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Marketing (Required)
  • Experience Range II: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • English, Korean

Responsibilities

  • New Product Launch & Revamp Keep track of 6 divisions’ NPD status (will be 7 divisions in 2026) Assign tasks to team members and manage NPD contents preparation
  • D2C E-Commerce (ivyusa.com, vivatressusa.com. for now, subject to increase in 2026) Own P&L and budget for D2C ecommerce List (launch) and optimize 6 divisions’ NPD Lead seasonal and product-specific promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, aligning storytelling with category trends to drive traffic and sales. Loyalty program, New member acquisition Plan and execute Google ad Develop new digital products Customer relations
  • Walmart Own P&L and budget List (launch) and optimize 6 divisions’ NPD Plan and execute deals and promotions Strategize seller fulfill & WFS Plan and execute Walmart Connect Ad Customer relations
  • Temu Own P&L and budget List (launch) and optimize (focused on excessive inventory items) Plan and execute deals and promotions Strategic partnership with Temu Account Plan and execute Temu Ad Customer relations
