We are looking for a motivated individual to join the train team to support our growing NPL Pennsylvania operations. This isn’t just a desk job; you’ll be the bridge between our office and the field, ensuring our teams are safe, qualified, and ready to succeed. Full Time: 7:00 AM start (40-50 hours/week), Houston, PA office

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior training or natural gas construction experience (willing to train the right person)
7AM start, available for overtime to support business needs
Professional communication experience to enforce safety standards
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead new hire orientations, covering everything from essential safety protocols to technical skills
Conduct Operator Qualifications (OQ) and OSHA trainings as needed
Manage the training calendar and track performance results
Perform on-site new hire follow ups, field mentoring, training, etc.
Perform other related tasks as requested
