About The Position
Lead and support both staff and supervisors, addressing any concerns that arise among the team or with customers. Ensure the best customer service in an effective and timely manner. To consistently uphold CTP's Obvious Choice standards in both products and service. Provide guidance, training, and encouragement to team members, creating a positive and enjoyable work environment. Ensure all company standards are achieved and drive the location toward its profitability goals. Starting pay is $58,000/year.
