Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Pay Rate: $40+ Hourly, DOE Location: Fremont, CA (Local Candidates Only) Position Type: Full Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Requirements

  • 5+ years with direct Gas systems and Chemical systems roles.
  • Advanced experience in gas distribution systems.
  • Expertise with APC Ken controllers, gas cabinets, VMBs, and flowmeters.
  • Strong understanding of gas flow to process equipment.
  • Familiarity with Ceres and Air Products systems.

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor technicians, assessing performance and enhancing technical skills.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize equipment performance.
  • Analyze business operations and provide expert recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and validate technical documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  • Lead the design and deployment of technical solutions to meet operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment alarms, supporting customer-driven modifications as required.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for technical staff.
