About The Position

The Convenience Store Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring shelves are stocked and organized. This role plays a key part in crating a positive experience for our customers $500 Sign on Bonus $100 after 30 days $200 after 60 days $200 after 90 days

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Basic math and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional manner.
• Operate cash resister and handle cash, credit and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
• Keep the store clean and organized including sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
