Find Out More About This Opportunity Imagine, design and develop products and systems as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team. You will work within the electrical COE, developing high performance electric machines and inverters. You will work within a team of talented engineers advancing design, increasing performance, and optimizing assembly techniques for our electro-mechanical devices Grow and develop your engineering talents in a team-based culture by working with innovative products and technologies. Enhance your engineering skills by working with world-class mentors to dream solutions to modern problems. You will work in an advanced electronics lab building prototype automotive inverters and heatsinks for cutting edge high-voltage and high-power electronics. You will work with your engineering teammates to design more efficient cooling solutions for electric and hybrid vehicle systems.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelors Degree Program
- Club work such as Formula SAE, robotics club, or some other hands on engineering project.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in engineering or other related field
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
- Demonstrated experience with design tools appropriate for the field (3D CAD tools, Excel).
- Demonstrated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher).
- Demonstrated extra-curricular/leadership experience.
