About The Position
Master Landscaping is looking for a Gardener to assist in beautifying the outdoor areas of all Scentsy owned properties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, required
- A passion for working outdoors and satisfaction from a job well done
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and experience installing or maintaining perennials, annual flowers, and shrubs is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Plant a variety of annual flowers, bulbs, and other plants in the garden beds and pottery throughout the Scentsy campus
- Operate gardening equipment including, but not limited to: hand tiller, power shears, handheld blower, etc.
- Ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, and decorative shrubs
- Maintain existing landscape design and ensure plant survival
- Pick up trash, debris, and other miscellaneous materials from grounds
- Help others in the facilities department as needed, including afterhours events
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed
