Responsible for preparing a variety of foods (salads, cold appetizers, and charcuterie boards). Assembles sandwiches, wraps, and hors d’oeuvres. Plates cold dishes for service. Prepares dressings, sauces, and marinades for cold dishes. Ensures proper storage of ingredients (temperature control is critical). Maintains organized pantry and cold storage areas. Garnishes plates and platters aesthetically. Maintains high-quality visual presentation, especially for buffet or catered events. Handles, stores and rotates all products properly while maintaining a sanitary work station, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations of FL state, maintaining current state food handlers certificate.
