Many of our earliest Sales/Tech team members in Utah are now in management and executive roles. We’re looking for motivated, eager-to-learn professionals who want to grow within a company that values its employees. We are looking to add a Professional Garage Door Technician to our West Valley City, UT location. This role involves meeting with customers, conducting thorough inspections, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions. Not only will you sell the job, but you will also close the sale and complete the repair work on the spot. Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential, and sales experience is crucial. We provide as much work as you are willing to take on! IMPORTANT!! Pay is $20 per hour during training Training will consist of 12 weeks. Once out of training, you will start your day from your house in an A Plus Garage Doors company vehicle that is fully stocked. You will have 4-5 appointments per day booked for you, these leads come from clients who called and requested our services!
Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Eager to Learn
- Good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Great attitude and timeliness
- Sales/Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Construction/Building: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, sell, repair, and provide garage door services and products.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services to drive sales.
