Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (we want you safe and confident on the road).
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use standard hand tools with confidence.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and strong communication instincts.
  • An organized, positive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in garage door systems is a plus – but we’ll train the right go-getter!

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
  • Deliver 5-star customer service with every interaction – empathy, communication, and professionalism are key.
  • Document your work with clarity – notes, diagrams, and photos that support team efficiency and future visits.
  • Inspect and guarantee all work meets the highest safety standards and company expectations.
  • Spot opportunities to recommend helpful upgrades and services (no pushy sales – just solutions!).
  • Collaborate with teammates and coordinate seamlessly using tools like ServiceTitan.
